Jim Priest is a retired attorney, minister, and former nonprofit executive running for the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate. He is a lawyer and has served as CEO of Sunbeam Family Services and Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma. Priest is also a 2010 Oklahoma Attorney General nominee.
Priest has extensive experience in law, ministry, and nonprofit leadership. He previously worked with major Oklahoma nonprofits and was considered qualified enough to be nominated for Oklahoma Attorney General in 2010.
